When will I receive my pre-order?
Your pre-order will be shipped out from the beginning of October, with our earliest pre-orders being sent out first.
When will I receive my order?
UK Standard: Delivered within 3 - 5 working days of you placing your order
UK Express Delivery: Delivered within 1 - 2 days of you placing your order
Europe and Non Mainland UK: Delivered within 3 - 17 working days of you placing your order
US: Delivered within 3 - 17 working days of you placing your order
Please note that our delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays. Whilst we make every effort to work to these delivery times, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. Thank you ever so much for your understanding and patience.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and despatched (same day as order is placed, if before 3pm) you will receive a confirmation of shipping email.
This email will contain the allocated courier and tracking code which can be entered into the couriers tracking page to keep an eye on your orders progress as it makes its journey to your front door.
My order has not been delivered, what do I do?
If your have checked your order tracking and it is showing as "returned to sender" or "delivered" however you have not received your items, please fill in our Non-Receipt of Goods Form here.
You will need to provide your order number, courier details and any further information relating to your missing order.
One of our team will be in touch within 24 hours with the next steps to locating your order and ensuring your items arrive with you as soon as possible.
If I order two items will they be delivered at the same time?
Yes, when ordering multiple items from our site, they will be packed and sent together. Typically, all items from your order will be in one box however if you have ordered multiple large items, we may separate your items into multiple boxes to make for a more comfortable journey as they make their way to you.
Is a signature required for my order
No, the services/couriers we use do not require a signature upon delivery however your parcels progress can be tracked as soon as it has been despatched.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, at checkout you will be able to select from multiple delivery options, including UK Express Delivery. This is our fastest delivery option and will ensure your item arrives with you within 1 - 2 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
